Verification required: we will email the advisor at their official school address. School approval and official school or club payment instructions are required before funds can be transferred. Funds are never sent to a student or advisor’s personal account.

Enter the full first and last name of the club president or student in charge submitting this request. Names are required for private review and school verification, not for public project listings.

This request starts a verification process. It does not automatically publish the club or guarantee approval or funding.

We contact you by email.
ClubCause emails the submitting student and the faculty advisor at the addresses provided.

The school verifies the request.
The advisor and appropriate school staff confirm the club, purpose, itemized budget, and school authorization.

Payment goes to the school.
If approved and funded, ClubCause coordinates ACH or a mailed check with the school's financial office. Funds are never sent to a student, parent, or advisor.

The project closes with proof.
The club or school submits proof of purchase, a short explanation of how the funds were used, and an impact update before the project is marked complete.
