Our story
ClubCause starts with a simple idea: when students have the chance to pursue their ideas, our schools and communities are stronger. High school clubs create opportunities to learn, lead, and make a difference. But many ideas face the same obstacle—a lack of funding for the basics.
Led and primarily operated by Wake County high school students, ClubCause gives clubs a clear way to explain their needs and helps neighbors understand what their support would make possible. Every request follows a school-confirmed process, with a specific purpose, an itemized budget, and a documented payment path.
Why we exist
A competition fee, a set of supplies, or transportation can determine whether a club’s idea moves forward. ClubCause focuses on practical requests of $100–$2,500, helping students explain what they need, why it matters, and how the funds will be used.
Student led. Community backed.
Students bring the ideas. Faculty advisors and school staff help verify each request. Neighbors can understand the purpose before choosing to support it. Together, these roles keep the process connected to the people and schools it serves.
